2 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |

1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |

Coat the edge of a martini glass with Key Lime Concentrate. |

Dip the edge in a mixture of superfine sugar and cinnamon. Place glass in freezer. |

Combine maple syrup, Green Apple Puree, Key Lime Concentrate, and vanilla rum in a cocktail shaker. |

Add ice then shake vigorously for 6 seconds |
| 5. |
Strain and pour entire mixture into a martini glass. |

Garnish with a thin wheel of a Granny Smith apple. |
